Our Repair Process
Watch this video that explains how the Postal Service works:
- Select the model of Blackberry from the relevant model page, then select the fault you're experiencing.
- You will be asked for your details, complete this and the repair paperwork will be generated. Print this paperwork.
- Post your Blackberry to us, we will repair it and once repaired we'll send you a payment link to pay online by credit card. We'll then send it back.
- Come to our repair centre in Acton W3 to drop in your Blackberry. We'll get in touch via phone, SMS or email to let you know when it's ready to be collected. Payment can be made by cash in store or debit / credit card online.
