Our Repair Process

Watch this video that explains how the Postal Service works:

  • Select the model of Blackberry from the relevant model page, then select the fault you're experiencing.
  • You will be asked for your details, complete this and the repair paperwork will be generated. Print this paperwork.
  • Post your Blackberry to us, we will repair it and once repaired we'll send you a payment link to pay online by credit card. We'll then send it back.

Mail in Repair Process

Free Inspection - Postal service

  • Select your model and then select "Free Inspection" from the repair page
  • You will be asked for your details, complete this and the repair paperwork will be generated. Print this paperwork.
  • Post your Blackberry to us, we'll check what's wrong with it and give you a quote to repair by email. If you're happy with the price we'll go ahead with the repair and then let you know once it's done and request payment. Then we'll send it back.
  • If you're not happy with the price we can either keep the unit for spare parts, or return the unit back to you (postage charge becomes due). As soon as payment has been made for the postage we'll return the device back to you. Postage charges are shown during the booking-in process.
Free Inspection Repair Process

Walk-in repairs

  • Come to our repair centre in West Kensington to drop in your Blackberry. We'll get in touch via phone, SMS or email to let you know when it's ready to be collected. Payment can be made by cash, debit or credit card on collection.

Walk-in "fast track" repairs

  • For certain services (e.g. LCD replacements) we will offer a Fast Track option (fee applies). In these cases you will normally be able to wait for your Blackberry to be repaired
